Groundbreaking of New Lock 25
IFB Board members Steve Koeller and Gary Speckhart and IFB’s Assistant Director of Transportation, Rodney Knittel, attended the groundbreaking of a brand-new 1,200-foot Lock 25 near Winfield, MO last Thursday. This event is the culmination of decades of work by the Illinois Farm Bureau and other ag organizations. It is good to see progress to repair the 1930s lock and dams and improve our river infrastructure.
