The IFB Board approved intervening in the Heartland Greenway case before the Illinois Commerce Commission to ensure the project meets all regulatory requirements.
Navigator is proposing to construct approximately 250 miles of pipeline in Illinois through 13 counties to transport carbon dioxide collected at ethanol and fertilizer plants to a storage area in Christian County.
