The Training & Development Team Hosted CFB Managers
The Training & Development Team hosted around 40 county Farm Bureau Managers in Bloomington last week to talk about building state and federal relationships so they can engage in issues. Several members of our Governmental Affairs team spent time talking about involvement with our legislators on both the state and federal level as well as with the programs that we offer through IFB. We also had members of the Issue Management team help the managers take what they learned during the training and put them to use on developing press releases for the programs they are doing.
