Q2 Consumer Engagement Grant Application Now Open
Applications for the IFB Consumer Engagement Grant are now being accepted for projects being planned for this winter (December 1, 2022 – March 15, 2023). County Farm Bureaus interested in hosting consumer engagement events during this period who have not already been awarded a grant for that project are invited to apply. County Farm Bureaus are eligible to receive grant funding for multiple consumer engagement projects per year. Nearly $9,000 in grant funds have been awarded to County Farm Bureaus so far in FY23.
Matching grants of up to $1,000 per project are available. Consumer Engagement Grant applications will be accepted from October 15 through 11:59 pm Tuesday, November 8. Applicants will be notified of their funding status no later than November 30.
County managers are encouraged to complete the application on behalf of their organization. Two more opportunities for grant funding remain in FY23 – applications will re-open in January for spring events and April for summer events.
