AFBF Awards Illinois has earned for the 2024 AFBF Annual Convention
STATE AWARD OF EXCELLENCE
Illinois Farm Bureau has earned an Award for Excellence in each of the four program areas. The four areas are:
- Advocacy
- Coalitions & Partnerships
- Engagement & Outreach
- Leadership & Business Development
35 states submitted 160 applications in this year’s State Awards of Excellence program.
AFBF CAE Winners from Illinois
Coles County Farm Bureau – Touch – A – Truck & Tractor
Greene County Farm Bureau – Raccoon Roundup
Shelby County Farm Bureau – Sow and Tell: Building Bridges in Agriculture
There were 151 entries across all membership categories, marking this as one of the most competitive years. Illinois received three out of the 24 activities judged. The selected counties have the opportunity to participate in the 2024 American Farm Bureau Convention in Salt Lake City, Utah.
