From the President:
You'll hear more of a goodbye from me in Chicago, so for now, I want to focus on what's ahead. In just a few days our delegates will do the ever-important work of debating policy positions that will guide us in 2024. They will also elect new leadership, including a President, Vice-President, and several new directors. Throughout the weekend, delegates and members will also hear more about the Organizational Member Strategy and have the chance to provide their feedback in various ways.
While this is a time of transition, keep in mind that agriculture has always changed, and we can adapt and modernize our organization along with it. Illinois Farm Bureau is strong, and I have all the confidence in the world that we will continue putting the best foot forward for our members. I stand ready to serve the new leadership as a dedicated volunteer, and I encourage you to join me.
