Region 4 Real Colors Training
Region 4 County Farm Bureau Managers completed a Real Colors Training on Thursday, July 6th. The training provides educational tools to understand yourselves and others; improve communication and creating positive relationships professionally and on a personal level. Illinois Farm Bureau Training and Development presented the program as part of the continuing education of County Farm Bureau Managers. The Real Colors training can be provided for your local County Farm Bureau Board of Directors, by the Training and Development Team. It can help in further developing leadership skills of each board member and how they work together as a Board of Directors.
