County Manager Associate Program
County Manager Associates train to become County Managers through a well-rounded and supported training program. While training in the home office in Bloomington, IL; County Manager Associates meet with staff from various divisions at IFB and Affiliated Companies, participate in leadership and skills training, and take part in programs and sessions that Illinois Farm Bureau coordinates.
The County Manager Associates also train in various County Farm Bureau offices, including assisting with projects and receiving on-the-job training on what it is like being a County Farm Bureau Manager. County Manager Associates are given the support, tools, and resources needed in their training to become County Managers; while helping to grow the following skills:

- Interpersonal
- Organization/Planning
- Industry Knowledge
- Networking
