Introducing the OMS Roadmap

After months of collecting input from thousands of IFB members about the best ways our organization can continue providing value to their farms, families and communities, we are ready to unveil the Organizational Member Strategy Roadmap. This strategic planning document outlines the initiatives we will pursue from 2025 to 2027 to address the strategic challenges facing IFB identified through the OMS process.
