2023 Managers Conference: Back to the Basics
County Managers gathered for the 2023 Managers Conference themed ‘Back to the Basics’. The conference was held at the Grand Bear Lodge in Utica May 2-4. Highlights of the conference included guest speakers Jeff McCausland who spoke about what leaders can learn from the military and Craig Zablocki who spoke about synergy in action. Managers also had discussions with state staff, attended breakouts, and enjoyed networking events at Canal Port and Ironwood on the Vermilion.
