PROMOTION PERIOD: The Illinois Agricultural Association Member Information Survey Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on [February 7th, 2022] and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on [February 28th, 2022] (the “Promotion Period”).
PROMOTION SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR: Illinois Agricultural Association (“Sponsor”), 1701 Towanda Avenue, Bloomington, IL 61701.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the State of Illinois and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Only one entry allowed per person, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries received from the same email account, by whatever method, will be void. Employees and agents of Sponsor, and their respective immediate family members and those living in the same household of any such persons are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER: Individuals who complete and submit the Illinois Farm Bureau Member Survey 2022 prior to the end of the Promotion Period and elect to participate in the Promotion will be entered to win. Entrants may enter the Promotion by completing the information requested in the entry form and submitting it prior to the end of the Promotion Period. Individuals may also enter by hand printing their (i) first and last name, (ii) email address, (iii) mailing address, and (iv) daytime phone number on a postcard approximately three and a half by five inches (3.5" x 5") in size and mail it to: Illinois Agricultural Association, Attn: Information Research Center, PO Box 2901, Bloomington, Illinois 61702-2901. All postcard entries must be postmarked by March 1, 2022, to be eligible for the Promotion. Only one entry allowed per person per Promotion Period, any additional entries received shall be void.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Entrants have a chance to win one of ten $250 gift cards, with an approximate retail value of $250 each. Any taxes related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the individual winners.
PRIZE AWARD, NOTIFICATION, AND REDEMPTION: Drawings and award of prizes will be conducted by the Sponsor. Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the end of the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified.
Potential winners may receive a prize winner notification confirmation (“Confirmation Notice”) at the phone number, email address, or mailing address provided to enter the Promotion. The Confirmation Notice will provide a prize acceptance deadline and instructions on how to redeem the prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. All Confirmation Notices are deemed delivered at the time transmitted by Sponsor or its designees. Entrants must provide Sponsor and its designees with the ability to provide a Confirmation Notice in the aforementioned manner, as applicable.
The Confirmation Notice may direct potential winners to take certain steps to claim the prize, which must be followed in accordance with the directions stated in the Confirmation Notice, or the prize may become forfeit. Potential winners must claim the prize within seven (7) calendar days from the date the Confirmation Notice was provided or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner will be determined.
Winners may be required to redeem the prize at a location (“Prize Redemption Site”) requiring travel or other incidental costs that shall be at the winners’ own expense.

Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
PUBLICITY: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that if they are selected as a winner, Sponsor and its designees may use winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical data for advertising, promotional, and other purposes in any or all media now or hereafter existing, without additional compensation, permission or notification (except where so prohibited by law). If entrant is chosen as a prize winner, entrant’s personal identifying information (limited to name, city, and state) may be disclosed by Sponsor through such publicity.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Decisions of the Sponsor are final with respect to all matters relating to this Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and agree that Sponsor’s decisions in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation determination of winners and award of prizes, are valid, final, and binding in all respects. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an assignment of rights, and liability and publicity release, except where prohibited, within seven (7) days of receiving a Confirmation Notice before any prize is awarded. If a potential winner is not reachable by email, phone, or mail, as applicable, or if a Confirmation Notice is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be determined. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, the Promotion Website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the Promotion in its entirety, modify the Promotion, or change these Official Rules at any time and without notice.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor shall have no liability for any Confirmation Notice that is not received by the potential winner for any reason. The Sponsor, and its employees and agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind; Internet or network disruption, or lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Promotion; or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the use of the entries without notice to the entrant. By participating in the Promotion, entrant agrees that Sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and Promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for, any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, if applicable, or participation in this Promotion or participation in any Promotion related activity. Entrant hereby waives all rights and releases each of the Released Parties from any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, of any kind, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of right to privacy, publicity or personality or any similar matter, relating to the Promotion, the operation thereof, or any entry, or based upon or relating to the use and exploitation of the entries as contemplated herein, or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise.
Prize winners, and their heirs, assigns, and representatives, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and causes of action, including but not limited to those relating to or involving harm or damage to property, personal injury, or death, in connection with participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
ENTRANT AGREES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TO WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM OR COLLECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT PRIZES ARE AWARDED AS-IS. SPONSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS OR NONINFRINGEMENT AS TO THE PRIZES OR ANY COMPONENTS THEREOF. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
All causes of action relating to the Promotion will be resolved individually without resort to any form of collective or class action. Any and all claims, judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorney’s fees. In no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees or any other costs.
GOVERNING LAW: By completing the act of entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of principles of conflicts of law.
PRIVACY: Entrant acknowledges that, except as otherwise provided herein, any information provided in connection with the Promotion or collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at http://www.ilfb.org/policy-issues/privacy-policy.aspx.
Entrant, by submitting an entry to this Promotions, hereby represents and warrants that entrant has read these Official Rules and is fully familiar with its contents.
