By opting in to receive dues reminder communications from Illinois Farm Bureau® (“IFB”), you agree to receive dues-related reminders and notifications at the email address and/or mobile telephone number associated with your member profile. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of membership.

Enrollment and Consent

You may enroll in dues reminder communications by affirmatively selecting the applicable email and/or text message communication preferences in your member profile at www.MyIFB.org.

By opting in to text message reminders, you authorize Illinois Farm Bureau® to send dues-related text messages to the mobile telephone number associated with your member profile. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Your consent applies only to the communication method or methods you select. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current contact information in your member profile.

Message Frequency and Charges

Dues reminder message frequency will vary based on your membership and dues status. Message and data rates may apply to text messages depending on your mobile service plan. IFB does not charge a separate fee for dues reminder communications.

Opting Out

You may withdraw your consent to receive dues reminder communications at any time.

• Text messages: Reply STOP to an IFB dues reminder text message to unsubscribe from future dues reminder text messages.

• Email: Use the opt-out link provided in a dues reminder email to unsubscribe from future dues reminder emails.

• Member profile: You may also change your dues reminder communication preferences through your member profile at www.MyIFB.org.

Privacy

Illinois Farm Bureau® will not sell, rent, or share with third parties mobile telephone numbers or email addresses provided for the purpose of receiving dues reminder communications. Information provided for dues reminders will be handled in accordance with the Illinois Farm Bureau® Privacy Policy.

Your participation in the dues reminder program does not authorize IFB to send communications beyond those covered by the consent and communication preferences you have selected.

Changes to These Terms

Illinois Farm Bureau® may update these Communications Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updated terms will be posted on the applicable IFB website. Continued participation in the dues reminder program following an update will be subject to the then-current terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
